We're so happy you took a step towards flawless makeup application. However, if you're not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we will be more than happy to help you resolve your issue.

How to Return or Exchange

To return or exchange an item, please email us at customer.service@beautyblender.com.

Please be sure to include the following information:

  • The item(s) being returned and reason for return
  • A copy of the packing list and/or your order number
  • Upon receipt of your request, we will send you an authorization number and instructions on how to return your item(s)
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges
  • It is recommended your return be sent by a traceable service to ensure your item is received

Guidelines

  • Only items purchased on beautyblender.com will be accepted.
  • If your items were purchased from an authorized retailer, please return these items to the place of purchase to determine if you are eligible to return or exchange.
  • We will not accept returns on overly used products.
  • Products that are defective (to be determined by Customer Service) will be accepted within 30 days of purchase.
  • Any promotional discount received on your original purchase will be recalculated when the merchandise is returned or exchanged.
  • We will not be able to issue a refund if any items received as a 'gift with purchase' through a promotion are not returned along with the purchased items.
  • We reserve the right to limit returns or exchanges if we have reason to suspect misuse of our Returns Policy.
  • All orders shipping to 3rd party shippers are final. We reserve the right to cancel orders if we have a distribution presence.
  • We are not responsible or liable for delays or damages while in possession of a 3rd party shipper.

Blenders, Tools & Kits

  • If you wish to return or exchange an unused product, please contact customer service within 30 days of purchase.

BOUNCE & Cleansers

  • If you wish to return or exchange unused or gently used product, please contact customer service within 30 days of purchase.
  • Please note: Bounce Foundation and Always on Skin Tint are eligible for a one time exchange only.

 

EU Right of Withdrawal (European Union Customers)

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have additional rights under EU consumer protection law (Directive 2011/83/EU and Directive 2023/2673). Where EU law provides greater rights than our standard return guidelines, EU law applies. Please note the exemptions listed below.

 

14-Day Cooling-Off Period

  • You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason.
  • If the 14th day falls on a weekend or public holiday, the withdrawal period extends to the next business day.
  • You may also cancel your order at any time before it has been fulfilled and shipped.

 

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

  • To withdraw, click the EU Withdrawal Button in the footer of our website, or visit our Withdrawal Request form directly.
  • Complete and submit the form to initiate your return or cancellation request.
  • After submitting, you will be asked to confirm your withdrawal and provide your name and order details (two-step confirmation).
  • You will receive an automatic email confirmation of your withdrawal request.

 

Refunds for EU Withdrawals

  • We will issue your refund within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal request. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution's processing times.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or not as described.
  • We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item or proof of return shipment, whichever is earlier.

 

Exempt Products (EU)

The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to the following, in accordance with EU law:

  • Sealed cosmetics, hygiene, and skincare products that have been opened after delivery — including Bounce Foundation, Always On Skin Tint, cleansers, and any other sealed beauty products once the seal has been broken. These products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once opened.
  • Products that have been used, damaged, or are not in their original condition.

 

Conformity of Goods (Statutory Rights)

  • Your statutory rights for defective or non-conforming goods under EU law (Directive 2019/771/EU) are separate from and not limited by the 14-day withdrawal right or our standard return windows.
